A brief description of the Most Popular Topics of this Release are: Israel, Judaica, Jewish, Sionism, and in particular Jewish Organizations, as the release celebrates the 75 Years of the Israeli Central Committee of Uruguay.

The "Comité Central Israelita del Uruguay (CCIU)" is a representative body of the Jewish communityin Uruguay. It was founded on December 11th of 1940, representing the vast majority of Jewish institutionsin the country, and covering the need for coordination and centralization.

Now, looking more at the desing of this Special Postmark, unfortunately it did not add any Topic by it design, as it is only declarative of the event it celebrates.
