A brief description of the Most Popular Topics of this Release are: Philatelic Exhibitions, from Wider Philately or Exhibitions, and in particular Thematic Stamp Exhibitions, or URUTEMS, as the release celebrates the 2015 Edition of URUTEM.

URUTEM 2015took place from September 2nd to September 4th on Montevideo, and in it, there were shown Thematic Collections from Brazilianand Uruguayan Philatelists.

Now, looking more at the desing of this Special Postmark, as besides presenting URUTEM 2015, it also celebrates the Centenary of the Neon Lights, other Topics appears, as: Technology, Light, Electricity, Chemistry, and Noble Gases.
