Topics:
Issue:
As Main Topic: I think Footballor SoccerTopic will be the selected one, and this in a wider Sports. Then, going the opposite direction, to more precise Topics: Uruguayan Football, Football Teams, Uruguayan Football Teams, even Centenarians Football Teams, and of course the team honoured itself "Institución Atlética Sud América"or "Sud América"too.
Then, surrounding the main topic, could be found the followings:First, the CentenaryTopic, and then, going deeper, as the origins of the Club has his roots in the Jewish Neighborhood, Jewscould be a Topic related to this release. Then, the Club also has the particularity to be nicknamed "Buzones", that means Mailbox, so Mailboxitself and Postare Topics included in this Issue too.
Now, regarding the desing of the stamp: The Topics that are mainly reinforced are the Mailboxand Postones, as the stamp shows in foreground an orange Mailbox, as the ones that gives the Club his nickname. Then, in the background a view of the "Barrio Reus", the Jewish Neighborhood in which the Club was founded, is presented, and the particular Architectureof his houses exhibited, reinforcing too the Jews Topic. Finally, the third component on the Stamp Design is the Coat of Arms of the honoured Club, so, besides Architecture, also Coat of Arms, are the Topics added by the Stamp Design.
The Coat of Arms of "Sud América", has the particularity that it is a Triangular Shaped Coat of Arms, that it is not the most common shape of the Coat of Arms, and also, the one presented in the Stamp Design included the legend "1914", the foundation year of the Club, addition that did not exist in the official Coat of Arms of the Club.
Finally, in a more symbolic way: The History of Uruguaycould be attached to this Release, specially the Small Stories, the Anecdotes, the Simple Things, that step by step mades the Historyof any Nation.
Label:
The desing of the Label: Did not add any Topic, only reinforces the Coat of Arms one, as the Triangle Shaped Coat of Arms of Sud América, with the legend "100 Años", are the only two elements of the Label.
Block:
The desing of the Block: Adding a Football Player in action as the icon selected to show the inks used in printing the Block, add this particular view of the FootballTopic, and also strengthen it. Also a Ball is shown in this action.
FDC:
The desing of the First Day Cancelation: Mades the same addition of both Football Player and BallTopics, and the Strengthen of the FootballTopic, that the Block does, however, the actions of the Football Playersselected in both designs are different, in the Block the player is Dribbling with the Ball, and in the FDC the player is Preparing to Shot the Ball
If you consider that there are another topics in this stamp, that were not spot in this review, you are encouraged to telling me about them, so please do not hesitate to post a comment. I would appreciate your help very much.
